Food Quality Testing in India
Comparing the quality of naturally farmed crops against chemically farmed crops

In 2022 Grffn taught thirty community nutritionists in Andhra Pradesh how to test and record Brix values for sixteen crops. Across thirteen districts over three hundred samples were tested to see if there was a measurable difference in food quality between naturally farmed and chemically farmed practices. Naturally farmed crops had higher Brix values, were observed to have less pests and diseases, and tasted better.
